Rio Pequeno during FIFA's 2018 World Cup's Brazil x Serbia

I have a friend called Zé Luiz who lives on the East Side. We usually meet once a year to reminisce old times and catch up with whatever we have done in the last 365 days. Sometimes I go to Arthur Alvin and others Ze comes to Rio Pequeno.

This year, our meeting day coincided with a match between Brazil and Serbia for FIFA's 2018 World Cup straight from Russia. We thought it would be an awsome thing to go out while the match was being played so we could see the Streets of Rio Pequeno with as few people as possible...
